Café Chameleon Dishes on Your Thanksgiving Table
This Thanksgiving let Chef Bryan Gregg and his team do the cooking for you, your friends and your family.
Here’s our to-go offering for the holiday, please pick one item from each category:
Roasted beet salad, apples, goat cheese walnuts
Local green salad, radish, bleu cheese, croutons, candied nuts, pumpkin
Fall squash soup, sourdough, bacon
Roasted turkey and confit thighs with giblet red eye gravy
Smoked ham with hot honey glaze
Chocolate pudding pie
Apple crisp tart
Additional starters can be ordered to create a four-course meal for $10/person more.
Side dishes included with each meal are: Sweet potato casserole, carrots and green beans, sourdough stuffing, cranberry relish and Parker House rolls.
Price is $49/person and the meal will be served family-style.
Orders MUST be placed by Saturday November 21 and meals picked up Wednesday November 25 between 3PM and 7PM. There are a limited number of meals available – order early by calling us at (973) 850-6969.
SOLD OUT!! Cigars and Libations Dinner at Café Chameleon
Café Chameleon will host a four-course very special dinner featuring libations made with some of the finest spirits on the market followed by cigars from Drew Estates.
Important Information: There will be a 25-guest maximum for this dinner to allow for proper social distancing measures. Face coverings are mandatory when not seated at a table.
When: Sunday December 13, 2020 cocktails at 4PM and dinner at 5PM.
Menu and Libations:
Cocktail hour will be help on our patio and will feature a Willett Pot Still Old Fashioned and two cigars from Drew estates provided by Stix Cigar Lounge.
Crispy Chicken Skin, Pimento Cheese, Mustards paired with Johnny Drum Private Stock Bourbon
Dry Aged Beef Tartare, Smoked Yolk, Radish, Sourdough paired with Willett Estate Bottled 4 Year Rye
Porchetta, Winter Greens, Pear Mustarda paired with Willett Estate Bottled 10 Year Rye
Roomana 3 Year Aged Gouda, Honeycomb, Cherry Walnut Bread paired with Rowans Creek Bourbon
Cost: $110 inclusive of libations, plus tax and gratuity.
