Valentine’s Day at Café Chameleon

Café Chameleon will host a Valentine’s Day meal on February 14 as Chef Bryan Gregg creates a very special three-course dinner, with option of wine pairing. Guests will receive a complimentary glass of sparkling wine.

First Course (select one)
Hubbard squash dumplings, sage, brown butter
Smoked salmon, black radish, roe, pumpernickel, citrus crema
Housemade bresaola, chioggia beets, grains, shaved horseradish
Little gem lettuce, pear, bleu cheese, pickled onions
Chilled lobster, pickled fennel, tarragon mayo (supp $10)

Second Course (select one)
Roasted chicken, charred cabbage, carrots, smoked ham jus
Seared Scallops, porcini, leeks, potato crema
Pan roasted fluke, kohlrabi, green apple, toasted barley, cider butter
Braised chickpeas, smoked cauliflower, winter black truffle
Beef tenderloin, foie butter, parsnip, young kale (supp seared foie $10)

Third Course (select one)
Butterscotch parfait, almonds, dates, spiced apple
Maple winter squash tart and brown butter ice cream
Artisanal cheese plate

Cost: $75 per person plus taxes and gratuity, including a glass of sparkling wine.

Wine pairings will be available at an additional cost.
